Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 30 May 2026
These are the terms for using this website and for working with Zedex. I have kept them short and plain. By using the site or hiring me, you agree to what is below.
Who you are dealing with
Zedex is run by Petar Krastev, registered in Bulgaria. Throughout this page, "I" and "Zedex" mean the same thing. "You" means you, the visitor or client. Reach me at petar@zedex.dev.
Using this website
You can read the site, book a call, and download the free skills. In return, you agree not to misuse the site, try to break it, or use it for anything against the law. The site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate and online, but I cannot promise it will never have an error or a moment of downtime.
The free skills
The free skills and prompts are mine to give and yours to use in your own work. Use them freely for your business. Please do not resell them or pass them off as your own product. They are shared as is, with no promise of a specific result. They are a helpful starting point, not professional advice.
Working together
When you hire me to set up digital employees, the details that matter, such as price, what is included, and timing, are agreed in writing before we start. That agreement, together with these terms, is what we both follow. If the two ever disagree, the written agreement for your project wins.
- Plans and pricing. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. The prices shown on the site are the standard plans. Anything custom is quoted before we begin.
- The guarantee. If your first digital employee is not live and working within seven days of us starting, that month is free. This covers the build of your first one. It does not cover delays caused by waiting on access, approvals, or information from your side.
- What you provide. For me to do the work, you give me access to the tools and information the job needs. If that access is held up, the timing moves with it.
- Tool costs. The outside tools your digital employees run on are paid on your own accounts, at cost, with no markup from me.
What you own
What I build for you is yours. If you leave, you take it with you, along with a clean handover so you can keep running it. The free skills and any general methods or know how I use across clients stay mine.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. If a payment is missed, I may pause the work until it is sorted. You can cancel anytime, and you will not be billed for the next month after you cancel.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use what I build, and for following the rules of the tools it runs on. You confirm you have the right to give me access to the accounts and data involved in the work.
Limits
I put real care into the work, but no one can promise a perfect outcome from software. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or knock on effects. If I am ever found liable for something, it is capped at what you paid me in the month the issue happened.
Ending things
Either of us can end the working relationship with reasonable notice. Cancel anytime and your plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Anything in these terms that should outlive the relationship, like ownership and limits, still applies after we stop.
Which law applies
These terms follow the law of Bulgaria. If we ever have a dispute we cannot solve by talking, it is handled by the courts of Bulgaria.
Changes
I may update these terms now and then. The current version always lives here, with the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that counts as accepting it.
