This page explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. I keep this simple on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email me at petar@zedex.dev and I will explain it in plain words.
Who I am
Zedex is the trading name of PK Enterprise Ltd, a single member company registered in Bulgaria under number 207375097, at 26 Dr Stamen Iliev St, Montana 3400, Bulgaria. I am Petar Krastev and I am the person who handles your data. You can reach me at petar@zedex.dev. This site lives at zedex.dev.
Business contact details, if I contacted you first
I sell automation services to businesses. To do that I contact people at companies that have publicly signalled a problem I solve, usually by publishing a job opening. If you got a message from me and never gave me your details, this is the section that applies to you.
- What I collect. A work email address, a work phone number, a public professional profile, a name and a job title. Nothing else. No home addresses, no personal phone numbers, no dates of birth.
- Where it comes from. Not from you. I collect it from the company's own website, public business registers and licensing boards, professional directories, and public job listings.
- Why I am allowed to. Legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) UK and EU GDPR. I contact a named business role, in a professional capacity, about a problem that company has stated publicly, through a published business channel. I think a working person reasonably expects that. If you disagree, the last point here is the whole remedy and I act on it the day you write.
- How long I keep it. Twelve months from the last time I contacted you, if you never reply. Then I delete it.
- How to stop it. Reply STOP to any message, or email petar@zedex.dev. I delete your details and do not write again. Same day, not ten business days.
You can also ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, or complain to your data protection authority. The rights section further down covers all of that.
What I collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for a free skill or my updates.
- Booking details, when you book a call. The call is booked through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and the time you pick.
- Basic site data, like the pages you visit and rough location, through standard web logs and any analytics I use. This is not tied to your name.
I do not collect anything you do not give me, and I do not ask for sensitive information.
Why I use it
- To send you the free skill you asked for.
- To send you new skills and short, useful notes about what is working with AI. You can stop these anytime.
- To set up and run our call if you book one.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, so I can make it better.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your data. Ever. I use a few trusted tools to run the basics, and your data passes through them only so they can do their job:
- An email service provider, to store your email and send you what you signed up for.
- Calendly, to book calls.
- My website host and analytics, to keep the site running and see what works.
Each of these has its own privacy terms. I pick tools that take data seriously.
Where your data lives
Some of these tools are based outside the EU. When your data is handled outside the EU, it is done under terms meant to keep it protected to EU standards.
How long I keep it
I keep your email for as long as you want my updates. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, I remove it. Booking records are kept only as long as I need them for our work together.
Your rights
Under EU data rules (GDPR), you can:
- Ask what data I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct it.
- Ask me to delete it.
- Unsubscribe from my emails at any time, with one click.
- Complain to your local data protection authority if you think I got it wrong.
To do any of these, email petar@zedex.dev. I will sort it out quickly.
Cookies
This site uses only the basics needed to run it and to see which pages get used. Nothing creepy. Your browser lets you block cookies if you prefer.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle data, I will update this page and change the date at the top.
