Real clients, real results.
Every project below started with a manual process and ended with a system that runs on its own.
Before
Three people spent 30 to 50 hours a month on client reports. Each Friday they wrote a status email for every account. Each month they built a report by hand in a template.
What I built
Two workflows on their own n8n. The weekly one pulls each person's finished work and the links from their spreadsheet, then writes the client email as a draft. The monthly one fills the report template, exports the PDF and attaches it to a draft.
After
The weekly run makes 22 drafts in about 15 minutes. The monthly run makes 18 reports with the PDFs in under 5 minutes. Nothing sends by itself. The team reviews drafts instead of writing them.

Before
The agency ran its whole monthly delivery by hand. Site audits, keyword research, competitor gaps, CTR review, content, backlink research and local citation checks, for every client, every month.
What I built
One system that runs eight of those processes end to end. It reports into a live dashboard that the team and their clients both see. It shipped in nine milestones, so they had working pieces from week one.
After
About 45 hours a month of manual delivery dropped to about 5. What is left is review and sign off. The same system now covers all six client accounts.

Petar understands complex business logic and turns it into practical, scalable solutions. He connects AI tools, CRM systems, scraping and communication flows into one seamless ecosystem that genuinely saves time. One of the most capable people I've worked with in this field.
Petar designed, built, and deployed an incredibly sophisticated ecosystem, and the results were fantastic. He navigated the project seamlessly from schema configuration through complex API integration and user acceptance testing, while maintaining quality and clear communication.
Working with Petar was a pleasure. He delivered more than what was expected, helped develop it, and took initiative, handling the project with the same interest as if it was his own.
